I use a wide range of techniques to help you reach your goals. These can include weight training, HIIT, boxing, bodyweight training, kettlebells, PNF and traditional stretching. All my training is functional and based on optimal movement.

Fully registered and insured through the Register of Exercise Professionals, she provides Personal Training, classes and Sports and Physical Therapy, including massage. Her ethos is all about combining intelligent training with good lifestyle choices and fun!
Physical Therapy includes sports therapy, massage, deep tissue massage, rehabilitative and corrective exercises. It can be very beneficial whether you have experienced a recent injury or suffer from a longer term chronic complaint.
Most therapy appointments are run at Dyke Road Clinic.
